Intake and Assessment

  • Clinical Interview, Brain Boost Session, QEEG brain map, and verbal review of results: $800
  • Follow up Brain Assessments: $250 (verbal results) or $500 each (verbal and written results)

Self-Pay Neurofeedback Packages

Gold Package:
$1500 per month
  • Up to 3 Neurofeedback sessions per week
  • Clinical check-in at every neurofeedback session
  • Integrate HeartMath biofeedback (as appropriate)
  • Monthly Neurofeedback Progress Review session
Platinum Package:
$1700 per month

Neurofeedback Add-Ons

QEEG Consultation

For those seeking a QEEG without participating in our neurofeedback services, the cost is $750. This fee includes an abbreviated intake, brief review of records, QEEG acquisition and report, symptom questionnaires, and verbal explanation of results.

Insurance Information

Husky

Most of our clinicians are in-network with Husky.  Husky will cover the intake, cognitive testing, symptom questionnaires, and neurofeedback training sessions at 100%.  However, Husky does not cover the QEEG brain maps ($250 or $500 each).

Aetna & Cigna

We have several clinicians in-network with Aetna and Cigna. Unfortunately, Aetna and Cigna do not cover neurofeedback training or QEEGs. Aetna’s medical policy on Biofeedback can be found here. To view Cigna’s decision, please reference page 3 of their medical policy on Biofeedback. Neurofeedback training sessions (pricing above) and QEEG brain maps are self-pay.

Other Insurances

If you have another insurance and wish to access your out-of-network benefits, we can guide you through the process.  When inquiring about your coverage you can reference procedure codes 90791 (Clinical Interview), 90876 (neurofeedback training session), 96136 & 96132 (neuropsychological testing:  cognitive testing and questionnaires), and 95961 (QEEG brain mapping).

Remote Neurofeedback Training

Remote neurofeedback training is not covered by any insurance, and there are no associated procedure codes to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. More information, including pricing, can be found here.
