Husky
Most of our clinicians are in-network with Husky. Husky will cover the intake, cognitive testing, symptom questionnaires, and neurofeedback training sessions at 100%. However, Husky does not cover the QEEG brain maps ($400 each).
Cigna
We have several clinicians in-network with Cigna. Unfortunately, Cigna does not cover neurofeedback training or QEEGs. To view their decision, please reference page 3 of their medical policy on Biofeedback. Cigna typically covers the intake, cognitive testing, and symptom questionnaires (copays and deductibles apply). Neurofeedback training sessions (pricing above) and QEEG brain maps ($500 each) are self-pay.
Other Insurances
If you have another insurance and wish to access your out-of-network benefits, we can guide you through the process. When inquiring about your coverage you can reference procedure codes 90791 (Clinical Interview), 90876 (neurofeedback training session), 96136 & 96132 (neuropsychological testing: cognitive testing and questionnaires), and 95961 (QEEG brain mapping).
